These are the grooviest blue jeggings you will find with navy & white stripe waistband, cuffs and pockets. Your son or daughter will look adorable and stylish. They are made from a stretch cotton lycra and will fit snuggly on a 2 year old. When ordering please let me know waistsize to ensure fit.
They are so called because when my son (who is just 2) was modelling them I could not help but sing "A Sailor went ot Sea, Sea, Sea"!
